Refund policy

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days from date of receipt to request a return.

Returns are processed for printing issues or damaged items only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@saintathletics.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt of item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any of the following reasons:  Size,  Style/fit of item, Change of mind on purchase.  No returns will be accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for quality or printing issues only.  All exchanges must be completed within 10 days of receipt of item.  All items sent back for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, in new condition. 

The fastest way to ensure your exchange is accepted and processed it to email us at info@saintathletics.com with your request. Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to you via the original payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
